At Ceylon Peacock Wellness, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality wellness products inspired by Sri Lankan traditional indigenous medicine and Ayurveda. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect items delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used oils and wellness products

  • Herbal formulations and ingestible products (e.g., honey, wellness foods)

  • Personalized wellness products or consultations

  • Gift packs once opened


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours)

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and availability.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost


Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the item
